Ginger Beer Cask #7 is an Australian single malt from Starward, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
It starts with Starward's signature single malt, which is then finished in barrels that previously held ginger beer made at the distillery itself. The result is a whisky with a zingy, zesty, fresh character.
