Starward Nova is an Australian single malt, bottled at 41% in a 70cl bottle.
It matures in Melbourne's warm climate in red wine casks that previously held Cabernet, Pinot and Shiraz.
The nose is very fruity, with dark berries, apricots and oak. On the palate come red and dark berries, sweet caramel, bourbon vanilla and spice, followed by a long, fruity-sweet finish.
