Starward Nova is the single malt from Starward, the Melbourne distillery founded by David Vitale. It is bottled at 41% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from pale malt barley, which the distillery describes as darker and slightly maltier than usual. The whisky matured in lightly treated ex-red wine casks. It is described as balanced, with berry fruit, vanilla and caramel alongside fine spice.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
