Starward – Nova Single Malt (70cl)

Starward Nova is an Australian single malt in a 70cl bottle, made from Australian barley and craft brewers' yeast and double distilled. It matures for three years in Melbourne in lightly charred or steamed barrels from Australian wineries that make shiraz, cabernet and pinot noir. The barrels are often filled while still wet with wine, and the red wine casks give the whisky its length. The notes are of red berries, orchard fruits, vanilla, caramel and soft oak spice.
