Starward – Two-Fold Double Grain Australian Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Starward Two-Fold is a double-grain Australian whisky made from malted barley and Australian wheat, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in lightly charred or steamed barrels sourced from Australian wineries that make shiraz, cabernet and pinot noir, often filled while still wet with wine. Each whisky is matured separately in Melbourne's varied climate and then combined. The style is smooth, with spiced vanilla, tropical fruit and cereal notes rounded by red apples and berries.
