Starward – Two Fold Double Grain Whisky (70cl)

Starward Two Fold is an Australian double grain whisky made with malted barley for depth and Australian wheat for an aromatic, dry flavour. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The whiskies are matured separately in lightly charred or steamed barrels from Australian wineries that make shiraz, cabernet and pinot noir, often filled while the wood is still wet with wine. They age in Melbourne's varied climate before being combined. Two Fold won a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Awards 2020 and was named Best Australian Blended Whisky at the World Whiskies Awards 2019. It is smooth, with spiced vanilla, tropical fruit and cereal, rounded by red apple and berries.
