Vitalis is an Australian single malt from Starward, made as a celebration of the distillery's journey so far and the years ahead. It is also a tribute to founder David Vitale, whose family name means life in Latin.
The whisky is built on Starward's usual red wine barrel base. Selected parcels matured in Tawny, rum, bourbon and Apera barrels are added to it, drawing on a range of casks from the bond store.
