Starward Vitalis is a single malt bottled at 52% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is named after David Vitale, the founder of Starward, and reflects his readiness to risk everything on making a modern, approachable whisky.
The colour is auburn. The nose offers chewy toffee, raisins, chocolate-coated pineapple and cedar. The palate is big and viscous, with rich dried fruits, red currant and lightly roasted coffee beans, and the long, oily finish balances fruit and oak.
