Stauning 2019 Peated Islay Cask is a Danish single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at a cask strength of 61.6% ABV. The Stauning distillery was founded in 2005 by a group of friends who set out to make single malt in the manner of the peaty whiskies of Islay. It stands on Ringkøbing Fjord, uses ingredients from the region and fills a wide variety of casks, and it also issues single cask bottlings.
