Stauning Dirty Bastard is a Danish rye whisky bottled at 53.4% ABV. It was matured in three kinds of cask: new oak, ex-mezcal and ex-Danish imperial stout. The stout cask is said to add a hint of chilli alongside chocolate. On the nose there are cereals with cocoa and light tobacco. The palate brings dark chocolate, vanilla and toasted nuts with a touch of spice, leading to a long, warm finish of roasted hops and malt.
