Stauning El Clasico is a Danish whisky made from rye and malted barley and bottled at 45.7%. It was inspired by classic vermouths and matured in vermouth casks. The nose shows sweet spice, orange zest and herbs. The palate is full-bodied and lightly sweet, with raisin, caramel and cinnamon, and a subtle bitter touch. The finish is long and balanced, mixing sweetness with bitterness.
