Høst is a Danish whisky from Stauning, blending the distillery's single malt with rye malt whisky. All the grain is floor malted and dried in a kiln at the distillery. It is bottled at 40.5%. The whisky matured at the distillery in new American oak casks with a touch of port casks. The grain and water come from local sources, all within a bike ride of the distillery. It is the first Stauning whisky in the distillery's new bottle, launched in Denmark in the last quarter of 2025. It is light and well balanced, with a smooth, fruity character and floral undertones.
