A whisky from Stauning, the distillery in Vestjylland, Denmark, made by combining three of its single malts: No-Smoke Single Malt, Malted Rye and Smoked Single Malt. Stauning whisky is made from local rye and barley, malted on the distillery's own malting floor and double distilled in small pot stills heated over open fire. This one matured in new American oak casks and first-fill Maker's Mark casks. It is unfiltered, so a little sediment may settle in the bottle.
