Stauning
Stauning Røg is a smoked Danish whisky and the newest addition to the distillery's core range, which also includes KAOS, Smoke and Smoke Tawny Port. It won a gold medal at the World Whiskies Awards 2026 in the Blended No Age Statement category. It is made from 100% floor-malted barley and rye, gently smoked over Danish peat and heather. Production follows the distillery's usual method of double distillation in 24 small, direct-fired copper pot stills. The smoke is meant to support the flavour rather than dominate it.
