This is a cask strength rye whisky from Stauning in West Jutland, bottled at 58.7% in the February 2019 edition. It is made from rye and barley grown on the fields around the distillery, both floor-malted, and distilled twice in pot stills. It is non-chill-filtered, and was matured and bottled on site. Stauning Rye is a classic of the distillery's range.
