Rabelo is the seventh edition in the Anniversary series from Stokerij De Molenberg, a Belgian distillery, and marks its 7th anniversary. The whisky was first matured for 36 months in bourbon casks, then given a long finish of 28 months in white port casks. A total of 10,000 bottles were released, in a 50cl size at 46%.
It is described as having notes of vanilla, oak and caramel, together with fruity aromas and a soft, warm sweetness.
