Stonestreet Bourbon is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for a minimum of five years and bottled at 45% in a 750ml bottle. It is distilled in small batches at Green River Distillery in Owensboro, from a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley. The brand comes from Jackson Family Wines and takes its name from the family's thoroughbred horse farm in Lexington, Kentucky.
The nose has toasted caramel, vanilla, baked bread and dried stone fruit. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, candy corn, dark chocolate and a little cinnamon and cayenne. The finish is long, with toasted almond, mocha and vanilla bean.
