This is an 18-year-old Strathisla, distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2024 by Hunter Laing in its Old Malt Cask series, which is made up of single casks. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured for its full time in one hogshead, from which 279 bottles were filled. Strathisla is the oldest distillery in Speyside.
It is a fruity malt, with notes of apple and red berries.
