This is an 11 year old Speyside single malt from Strathmill, bottled by House of Macduff for the Golden Cask series. It was distilled in 2011, matured in a single bourbon cask and bottled in March 2023, giving an outturn of 309 numbered bottles. The bourbon cask adds vanilla, honey, orchard fruits and gentle oak spice to Strathmill's soft, fruity spirit. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
