Strathmill – 16 Year Old 2008 Infrequent Flyers (55.6%)

This is a Strathmill single malt from Speyside, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024 at 16 years old for the Infrequent Flyers range from Alistair Walker Whisky Co. It was matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead and bottled at a cask strength of 55.6%, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour. The cask gave 348 bottles. The Pedro Ximénez cask adds richness and depth to Strathmill's delicate spirit, with layers of sweet spice and dried fruits.
