Stumpy's Old Monroe Eaves Blind Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

Old Monroe Eaves Blind is a single barrel bourbon from Stumpy's Spirits, made at the distillery in Columbia, Illinois. The grains are grown locally on the Stumpy family's farm, and the bourbon is bottled at barrel strength. Because each bottle comes from a single barrel, it carries the character of that one cask. The nose is warm vanilla, toasted oak and a hint of caramelised sugar. The palate has caramel, charred oak and a touch of dark fruit, with subtle spice, and the long finish stays with oak and sweet vanilla.
