Sullivan's Cove TD0042 is an 11 year old Tasmanian single malt from a single cask of American oak that previously held bourbon. It is bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, as a limited release with individually numbered bottles. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers vanilla bean, caramelised pear and toasted coconut. The palate is silky, with honeyed malt, citrus zest and gentle oak spice.
