Sullivans Cove – 16 Years Old Mizunara 10th Anniversary "Whisky & Friends: The Best Pairing of All" Single Cask (70cl, 47.5%)

A 16-year-old single malt from Sullivans Cove in Tasmania, matured in a single American oak cask from 6 November 2008 to 6 May 2025. It was bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and 218 bottles were released. The bottling marks Mizunara's 10th anniversary and a two-decade friendship between Barry Eric Dick and Mizunara's founder. The distillery began in 1994 and, in 2014, became the first from outside Scotland or Japan to win World's Best Single Malt. The nose is ripe pineapple and greengage with baked pastry. The palate is full and silky, with figs in syrup, candied fruit and malt, and the finish brings liquorice, shortbread and citrus.
