A single cask Tasmanian single malt from Sullivans Cove, bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a 200-litre American oak ex-bourbon cask, number TD0330, which was filled in November 2008 and decanted in July 2021. The cask produced 256 bottles.
The distillery describes this as its defining style, with a strong malt backbone. Because each bottling comes from one cask, it reflects the character of that barrel.
Expect vanilla, caramel, stone fruit and white flowers, with powerful oak.
