Suntory Chita (70cl, 43%)

Suntory Chita is a Japanese single grain whisky from the Chita Distillery in Aichi Prefecture. Introduced in 2015, it brings together ten grain whiskies and is bottled at 43%. The distillery uses continuous distillation to produce clean, medium and heavy styles of grain whisky. Maturation in white oak, Spanish oak and wine casks provides further variety for blending. Chita is described as soft and light on the palate, with a gently sweet aroma and a mature whisky character.
