Suntory Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2025 is a limited edition Japanese blend, with rare elements further aged in cherry blossom barrels. Its bottle design draws on yobitsugi, the Japanese technique of joining fragments with gold, and is decorated with peacock and peony motifs and colourful flowers. The whisky is amber in colour. The nose is floral, with cherry blossom and osmanthus, and the palate offers acacia honey, La France pear and sakura mochi. The finish is long, rich and sweet.
