Hibiki Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky from the House of Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It brings together malt whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from Chita.
The blend is matured across five cask types, including American white oak, sherry butts and Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
The nose is of rose petals, lychee, rosemary and sandalwood. The palate is soft and honeyed, with candied orange peel, white chocolate and a little cinnamon. The finish is subtle, with Mizunara incense notes, sandalwood and a clean, dry close.
