Suntory The Chita (70cl, 43%)

Suntory The Chita is a Japanese single grain whisky from the Chita distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and wine casks. The nose offers honeydew melon, citrus and honeyed cereal. On the palate come vanilla sponge cake, more honey and a touch of orchard blossom, followed by a finish of medium length with a zesty edge.
