Suntory Toki (43%)

Toki is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV. The name means "time" in Japanese. It brings together malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's three distilleries, Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita, and is made mainly from Hakushu single malt and Chita grain whisky. The colour is light gold. The nose is fresh, with basil and green apple and a little honey. The palate is light and silky, with grapefruit, peppermint, green grapes and thyme. The finish is lightly sweet and spicy, with vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.
