This is a Suntory commemorative bottle, made in the shape of a duck to mark the Universiade Kobe of 1985. It is known as the Suntory Convention Memorial. Golf is a popular pastime in Japan, and Suntory has issued a series of bottles marking golf events. Many of them take the form of birds or carry birds on them, and this duck follows that pattern.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
