Suntory Whisky Toki (75cl, 43%)

Suntory Toki is a Japanese blended whisky drawing on Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Its main components are Hakushu single malt and Chita grain whisky. It is bottled at 43% in a 750ml bottle. The nose is soft orchard fruit and thyme honey, with peppermint in the background. On the palate, green apple and pink grapefruit sit over bitter herbs, toasted almonds and vanilla oak. The finish adds white pepper and ginger.
