Suntory Yamazaki Limited Edition 2021 (70cl)

Yamazaki Limited Edition 2021 is a Japanese whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. It is made by marrying malts of 12 years and older, all matured solely in virgin Mizunara oak casks. The Limited Edition bottlings were released annually between 2014 and 2017, and this 2021 version brings back aged Yamazaki malt to the series. The nose offers pineapple, orange and nutmeg. On the palate come honey, coconut cream and blueberries. The finish is of medium length and somewhat smoky, with vanilla and ginger in the background.
