It builds on the brand's approachable Canadian style with extra maturity, bringing caramel and vanilla sweetness together with dried fruit, toasted oak and warming spice.
The nose is rich, with caramel, vanilla and toasted oak over a little dried-fruit sweetness. On the palate, dried fruit and honey sit alongside caramel, vanilla and seasoned oak. The long finish stays warm, with oak, caramel and gentle spice.
