A straight bourbon from Texas, bottled at 64% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was aged for four years and eight months. The mash bill is four grains: 65% corn, 11% rye, 11% wheat and 13% malted barley. The nose is led by strong vanilla and rounded oak with a touch of pepper. On the palate it is soft and round, with fresh corn, smoked vanilla, caramel, buttered toast with white pepper and honey-roasted pecan. The finish is long, with caramel and tannins.
