Tahwahkaro Four Grain Bourbon is a Texas bourbon aged for 3 years and 5 months, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 65% corn, 11% rye, 11% wheat and 13% malt. The nose brings caramel, rounded oak and a Texas campfire. On the palate are roasted, buttered sweet corn, smoked vanilla, caramel, pleasant leather, and buttered toast with white pepper. The finish is full and rounded, with light pepper and caramel.
