Talisker – Skye Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 45.8%)

Talisker Skye is a single malt from the Talisker distillery on the Isle of Skye, where whisky has been made by the sea since 1830. It is bottled at 45.8% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. It is named as a tribute to the island's landscape, from its soft shores to the jagged peaks of the Cuillin mountains. The flavour is well rounded and sweet, with fresh citrus, sweet smoke and peppery spice, alongside the maritime character associated with Talisker.
