Talisker Skye is a single malt from the Talisker distillery on the Isle of Skye, introduced in early 2015 and named after the island. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in a mix of refill and toasted American oak casks, with slightly more toasted casks than refill. The flavour is rounded and sweet, with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and Talisker's maritime character.
