Talisker Skye is a single malt Scotch whisky from Talisker Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 45.8% ABV. It has a bright copper colour.
The nose is soft, with an orange sweetness. A little water tempers the spice and smoke, and the notes of the sea stay in the glass.
On the palate it is rich and balanced, soft and sweet at first with lightly smoky notes, then dark chocolate, pepper, red berries, toffee and sea salt. The finish is long and warm, with pepper and a last touch of sweet smoke.
