Talisker Wilder Seas is a limited-edition single malt from the Isle of Skye, released in 2023 in collaboration with the ocean protection group Parley for the Oceans. It is bottled at 48.6% in a 70cl bottle.
It is the first Talisker finished in Cognac casks. The bottle is made from recycled glass and comes without an outer carton.
Tasting notes describe a dry, full nose of fruit and malt with a mineral edge, a palate that opens sweet before salt, smoke, raisins, figs and black pepper, and a long, warm finish with a little dryness.
