Talisker Parley Wilder Seas is a 10 year old single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 48.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was released after Talisker began working with Parley in 2020 on protecting and restoring marine habitats, and it is the distillery's first bottling finished in XO Cognac casks.
The whisky is twice distilled and matured for a minimum of 10 years in American oak. It is also the first Talisker bottle made with recycled glass and clean energy.
It is described as having a sea-salt nose, spicy complexity and a smoky-sweet character, with a warming, peppery finish.
