Talisker – x Parley Wilder Seas (70cl)

Talisker x Parley Wilder Seas is a single malt Scotch whisky from Talisker, in a 70cl bottle. Talisker is the only single malt made on the Isle of Skye, and its distillery at Carbost has stood there since 1830. The wash stills are unusually tall, with a U-shaped bend in the lyne arm and a purifier pipe. The lyne arm coils into cold worm tubs, which means little copper contact and contributes to the distillery's signature sulphury pepperiness.
