This is a 15 year old single malt from Tamdhu, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The nose combines baked apple pastry, spiced berries and orange peel, with a touch of pineapple and fennel. On the palate come juicy apricot and raspberry, along with lime tart and almonds.
The finish is long, with oat biscuits, cream cheese and vanilla.
