Tamdhu Batch Strength 008 is a limited release in the distillery's high-strength series, bottled at 55.8% ABV. It was matured entirely in Oloroso sherry oak casks.
The nose combines sherry-stained oak, manuka honey, red berries, caramel, cinnamon and raisins. On the palate come candied citrus peel, creamy vanilla, toffee apples, nutmeg and fruitcake, followed by a finish of figs and spiced orange tea.
