Tamdhu Dalbeallie V is the fifth release in the distillery's Collector's Journey series. It is a limited edition inspired by the nearby Dalbeallie train station, which Tamdhu restored. The whisky was matured entirely in sherry casks, and the edition is limited to 1,000 bottles. Tamdhu matures its whisky exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks sourced from Spain, and this release is described as showing deep colour, with dried fruit and spice.
