A 15-year-old Speyside single malt from Tamdhu, bottled at 46% ABV as a limited release.
It matured for the full 15 years in Oloroso sherry casks made from northern Spanish and American oak, seasoned with sherry in Jerez beforehand. The casks give a copper colour and a sherry-led character.
Tasting descriptions mention dried fruit, orange, oak, spice and malt, with a gentle sweetness.
