Tamdhu Quercus Alba Distinction Release 2 is a limited edition Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American oak (Quercus alba) sherry casks. Release 2 continues the Distinction series, which explores how different oak species shape flavour and structure in sherry-matured whisky. The whisky is medium to full-bodied. Tasting notes describe honeyed vanilla, dried fruit and caramel, with toasted oak and gentle spice.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
