This is a single cask Speyside malt from Tamdhu, chosen personally by distillery manager Sandy McIntyre. The whisky was distilled in 2014, and the cask was picked for its richness, structure and its expression of Tamdhu's sherry-matured character. It matured in a first-fill European oak sherry hogshead, which adds depth and spice to the fruit-led spirit. It is bottled at 58% ABV, non-chill-filtered and at natural colour. Just 200 bottles were filled from the cask.
