Teeling 30 Year Old Vintage Reserve is an Irish single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle without chill filtration. Each batch is limited to 4,000 bottles.
The whiskey matured first in bourbon casks and then received a further maturation in ex-Sauternes wine barrels.
The nose combines fresh orchard fruits, roasted nuts and chocolate. On the palate it is velvety, with peach and apricot, hints of citrus, a light touch of smoke and herbal, woody notes. The finish is long, with lingering fruit, spicy oak and smoked sea salt.
