Teeling Single Malt Five Casks (70cl, 46%)

Teeling Single Malt Five Casks is an Irish single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The whisky matured in five different casks: sherry, port, Madeira, white Burgundy and Sauvignon Blanc. The nose is described as melon, fig, lemon and toffee. On the palate come dried fruit, citrus, vanilla, pepper and clove. The finish is long, with sweetness set against dry tannins.
