Teeling Single Malt is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey made from 100% malted barley at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin, in a 75cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is matured across five wine cask types, Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon, before vatting.
The nose is tropical melon and orchard fruit, with floral notes, dark chocolate, dried fruit and vanilla. The palate is smooth and fruity, with melon, berries, bittersweet chocolate, baking spice, citrus peel and clove. The finish is medium to long, with dried fruit, vanilla and clove, drying to dark chocolate and citrus zest.
